Before when you’d type in a Google Doc, it would just be one continuous scrolling page.
Now, Google has added a feature called “Pagination” which splits your Google Doc into individual pages. While this can be good if you plan on printing out your document and want to know where things appear on your pages, I hardly ever want to print out a Google Doc, so I’d rather just have a continuous scrolling page without distracting page breaks.
If you’d like to go back to the good old days, all you have to do is…
-click on “View” –> “Document View” –> select “Compact”
